Product was mostly OK but one of the games included looked like an original copy but it was in a paper cd sleeve and when my son tried o play it, the xbox said it was unreadable.
Not a huge deal except that I emailed them inquiring about the non working item on Dec 26th and I still haven't heard so much as "sorry " or anything besides the automated email that says they got my message.
The game isnt a huge deal, its the lack of customer service that disappoints me.True stuff By armando almeda
