Product Description:
FIFA Soccer 13 delivers the largest and deepest feature set in the history of the franchise. Five game-changing innovations create a true battle for possession, deliver freedom and creativity in attack, and capture all the drama and unpredictability of real-world football.

Product Details:

  • Attacking Intelligence - All-new positioning intelligence wires attacking players with the intelligence to analyze plays, and to position themselves to create new attacking opportunities.
  • FIFA 13 Complete Dribbling - Make every touch matter with the control to be more creative in attack, and the freedom to exploit 1v1 opportunities.
  • FIFA 13 1st Touch Control - A new trapping system eliminates near-perfect control for every player by creating uncertainty around trapping.
  • Player Impact Engine - The second generation of the award-winning physics engine expands physical play from collisions for the ball to off-the-ball battles, giving defenders more tools to win back possession.
  • New Passes - Two new passing options give players the ability to dink passes over the outstretched leg of a defender or loft through balls to teammates.
  • Complete Authenticity - Over 500 officially licensed clubs and more than 15,000 players.
  • FIFA 13 Fundamentals - Essential elements have been refined to make the experience more authentic. Referees will now make better decisions awarding fouls and cards, goalkeeper intelligence has been improved, and Tactical Defending has added lateral mobility for players in defensive containment.
  • Tactical Free Kicks - Create dangerous and unpredictable free kicks utilizing the most skillful players on the pitch. Position up to three attacking players over the ball and confuse opponents with dummy runs, more passing options, and more elaborate free kicks.

Customer Reviews:

Don't buy this By Methaya Sirichit
Other reviewers were right. This is pretty much Fifa Football with just updated kits and new team rooster. Everything else is the same. Even the commentary is 97% no change at all. I play Liverpool and Joe Allen's and Raheem Sterling's name aren't even included in the commentary. Player stats are updated realistically; but this is not the reason for getting a new game. Game play may have been tweaked a little: new AI defense does its job better - giving a more satisfying challenge at the world-class level of difficulty. But this feels more like getting bugs fixed rather than genuinely added playing elements. Forty Dollars for NOTHING. Shame to EA, really.

Got to let the world know that this is a complete sham. You can't do this to consumer and pretend nothing happened. EA just want to make easy money. They got no scruple. Not going to buy a footy game from this company again.

[Update]: After about a week or so of play, I can truly maintain my original opinion. The only genuine addition, IMO, is a reworked free kick system. The wall line-up look more realistic now. You also can implement free kick strategies with more variety. Anyway, it adds little to the game play, as you don't want to tryout new stuff and risk loss opportunity when you are awarded free kick. That's it. Everything else is still the same. Game look smoother because of better frame rate, i.e. "getting the bugs fixed." All graphic being the same.

I notice that people don't really appreciate negative comments on Amazon. They all want to see 4 or 5-star review about a product. I always find this amusing. Trust me, negative comments save you money. When 15 people (out of 17) say the game sucks, it does.

Nonetheless, I admit that for newcomers who have never played a football/soccer game on Vita, this can still be very entertaining. Just like some wise men have said: "Ignorance of the past can obscure the reality of the present."

EA sucks By Milera
this is same game and I want to ask EA why they didn't care to fix glitched trophy's on previous version? So they made a new game and don't care anymore about their customers. Don't buy this until they fix all the things and update older version of this game. I don't trust this company anymore. Shame on you EA35 of 47

Shame on EA! By KuroXilla
This game is the same as the game that launched with the Vita. As others have said the only new things in this game is updated rosters and updated kits.
It plays good with that being said but...

Attacking Intelligence - NOT IN THE GAME
FIFA 13 Complete Dribbling - NOT IN THE GAME
FIFA 13 1st Touch Control - NOT IN THE GAME
Player Impact Engine - NOT IN THE GAME
New Passes - Two new passing options give players the ability to dink passes over the outstretched leg of a defender or loft through balls to teammates. -NOPE
Complete Authenticity - Over 500 officially licensed clubs and more than 15,000 players.- TRUE
FIFA 13 Fundamentals - NOT IN THE GAME
Tactical Free Kicks - SAME AS ALWAY.. NOT UPDATED

Still the best portable football you can get with that said. If you didnt get the launch FIFA this is a solid pick up. Sad that EA just shoved this one out with little to no updates.
You still get online leagues and online play. No Ultimate Team and no Creation features.
