Freaking Amazing Game By Jonathan Balofsky
This game is a must for fans of MK vs. DCU or any fighting game really. Its that game minus the MK elements. The gameplay is a lot like MK or street fighter with special moves that are standard button combos and super moves a that once your meter is full are easy to do once your meter is full Yes there is button mashing but to be fair, many MK games had elements of that and this game does at least try to be more than just MK vs. DCU minus MK ( despite what I said at the start)

The graphics are stunning visually and I do dare to say that they are better than the PS3 or 360 graphics ( makes sense as the wii u is more powerful console) and the gameplay is just so smooth. I started playing telling myself I would only play for a few minutes before doing some work. Next thing I know 2 hours had passed.

The storyline in the game is top notch and spares no detail. The roster is immense and that's not even getting into the DLC that will be coming. Just like with Mortal Kombat 9, no detail was spared in making this game and it shows.

For Wii U exclusives, you can play without using the tv and just use the gamepad or you can use the gamepad to have the special moves list displayed just like in Tekken tag tournament 2 wii u edition. As the other reviewer stated, you can use any of the controllers for wii u or even the wii and they all work great. The online play works well and has no lag and excellent matchmaking, and voice chat is supported during matches, as was mentioned by the other reviewer.

DC Heroes get some respect. By Tam23
If you like fighting games or the DC Universe, then stop reading and go buy this. The fighting mechanics are very similar to the Mortal Kombat series with a few twists. The interactive environments are a cool addition and the stages are plentiful. The graphics and voice acting are top notch. Warner has stated that there will be a patch for online match making and DLC. But by far the best thing about this game is the story. I was shocked by how good the story was, especially for a fighting game. I can't recommend this game enough. Thank you Warner for showing love to the DC Universe. How about a good Watchmen game?15 of 18

Pretty awesome By J. C. Rahn
If you like games such as Mortal Kombat and Super Smash Bros. then there is everything to love about Injustice: Gods Among Us.

I got this earlier today and have been playing non-stop for 8 hours. I've played only single player and multi-player (2 local players) and it's a tremendous amount of fun. I haven't tried the online playing as I don't play games online so I can't comment on that. Injustice is a great all around fighting game with lots to do and I can see playing this for a long time to come.

There is an extensive training and practice module. In training it will take you step by step to learn all moves. In practice you can obviously practice and try out new things, see directly on the screen what buttons/dpad movements are registered by the system as you make moves, pull up a full list of moves, and customize the practice opponent.

If I had to complain about anything, there are only two minor things. One is that the win/loss counter doesn't take in to account who is playing and it continues to tick wins and losses based on the controller not the player. It counts wins and losses of both single and multi-player games in the same count so it makes it hard to tell who has actually how many games. It does not reset the win/loss count so after time the win/loss count doesn't really mean anything. If I find a way around this I will edit this comment. The only other issue is that it takes a long time to exit the game...about 1 minute. While its true WiiU games take some time to exit Injustice takes at least twice as long. Overall not a big deal for an otherwise great game. Hopefully that issue will be fixed with a game update (none yet for Injustice) or a WiiU update.

Update May 3, 2013: Nintendo's WiiU 3.0 update fixed the long time it took to exit the game. Still no way to switch users/gaming devices and no response from support after about 2 weeks of asking them about the issue. Still a great game but I'm a little leery of this company for future purchases considering support may be unavailable.
