I've never played guitar before after my daughter showed interest in learning acoustic guitar, I figured I'd love to learn how to play some songs on the electric guitar. I been wanting to learn guitar for quite some time and when I heard about Rocksmith, I was intrigued by the reviews of this product. So I took a gamble and bought the Rocksmith Guitar Bundle. It comes with the game, guitar, strap, 2 picks, stickers, and amp cable, and usb guitar adapter. It does work for the PC if you decide to later on use it on rocksmith pc version.
The guitar itself is good quality!
The game itself does teach you to play, somewhat , learning how to play music tracks, in guitar hero fashion. starting with single notes, teaching you to tune, guitar techniques , mini games that test your coordination. Notes do get harder and harder. The game does have an AMP mode so if you want to actually use the sound output comming from your 360 , you can to play however you want! The game does not properly teach you beginner guitar as if you where being taught by a professional or learning online. So if you really want to learn guitar, its always a best bet to learn online or from someone who can teach you.(Justin guitar is a good website to learn)
If you want to learn guitar, this is a great supplemental bundle while your learning how to play guitar from somewhere other than the game, you will also have fun learning songs on Rocksmith, and the techniques used to play guitar.IMPRESSED By Roxanne Benitez
For the price and what your getting this is amazing. But I must say for a newbie it's harder than expected but the song selections are amazing and it's definitively fun!
